Property Facilities Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Property Facilities Project Manager to oversee and manage various facilities projects within our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of facilities operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. This role will encompass budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple facilities projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to align project objectives and gather requirements.

- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to department director, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Oversee contractor performance and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and safety standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.

- Recommend and implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions as part of facilities projects.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or project management within the property sector.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
