Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Revenue Maximization to join our executive team. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing our revenue strategies across all channels, ensuring that The Sebastian Vail maintains its competitive edge in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and market trends to formulate and implement dynamic pricing strategies, enhance occupancy rates, and maximize overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Create and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to inform decision-making.

-  Oversee the development of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report on revenue performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

-  Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies that reflect market demand, seasonality, and special events. Utilize advanced revenue management systems and tools to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.

-  Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation.

-  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue-related activities. Regularly analyze performance data and market conditions, adjusting strategies to enhance revenue growth.

-  Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement. Stay informed of industry trends and evolving customer preferences.

-  Provide guidance and training to front-line staff on revenue-related initiatives. Foster a culture of revenue awareness throughout the organization.

-  Leverage technology and analytics tools to streamline revenue management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.

-  Ensure that revenue optimization efforts contribute positively to the overall guest experience, maintaining The Sebastian Vail's reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in revenue management or a related field within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and forecasting tools.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a collaborative approach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior in the hospitality sector.
